In this weeks lesson we used a wooden mannequin for the purpose of animation.
In the lesson we used the canon 5D and green screen to animate the mannequin.
While taking the pictures we had to move the mannequin slightly, stabilising it after I'd touched it.

A green light was mounted around the camera which helped us achieve  the green screen effect, light was also cancelled out with  bowens gemini lighting  this ensured than when it came to animating the pictures the mannequin wouldn't be disappear because of exposure to the green light.

Green screen: We used the green light around the camera to shine
light onto a grey surface although you couldn't see the green effect the
camera picked it up and we got the green screen effect. This would allow you to

use any background.

  1. Hi
Maybe more videos from youtube here please.
The cut outs that you did should have been loaded into iMovie and a sequence made into a movie, ask me for the images if you havent got them. Plus what about the session we did in class with the 4 rostrum camera set ups.
Can you find out what a rostrum camera is and how did we create ours in the studio and then in class.

More research please via videos, plus you have to write what you think about them and also write about what it is you like , what you would do for your theme, etc..

Plus you are not linked to the tutor support site, ask me and I will do it for you, it will really help you as it keeps all the course info plus a week by week guide.

    Steve
